Come as you are. Let's get curious about what comes next.
For those who aren't quite who they were, and aren't yet sure who they're becoming.
Which probably means something has been tugging at you.
Maybe you're standing at a crossroads.
Maybe something that used to fit doesn't anymore.
Maybe you love the life you've built, but there's a little voice inside wondering what else might be possible.
And perhaps the most confusing part?
Nothing has to be terribly wrong for something to feel different.
You can love the life you've lived and still feel called to explore the life unfolding.
You don't need to know exactly what's changing.
You don't need a five year plan.
Good night. You don't even need to know what question to ask.
That's what we get curious about together.
That wonderfully strange space between what you've known and what you're beginning to wonder about.
Where old roles don't always fit quite the same.
Where the things you thought you wanted might be changing.
Where you can feel grateful and restless. Content and curious. Certain about some things and completely clueless about others.
Both can be true.
And no, that doesn't mean something's wrong with you.
The in-between isn't a problem to solve. It's a place to explore.
I'm not particularly interested in turning you into some shiny, next level version of yourself.
I'd much rather get curious about the person who's already there.
Underneath the expectations.
The responsibilities.
The old stories.
The shoulds, supposed tos, and everybody else's opinions.
And all that noise you've collected along the way.
Because maybe you don't need an entirely new you.
Maybe you need a little more room to hear yourself.
And if you're hoping I'll hand you a five step plan to become a completely different human by Thursday?
Well, that's going to be awkward.
More You. Less Noise.
My approach brings mindset coaching, soul integration, curiosity, and experiential exploration together.
Behind this work is a developing framework I call The Breadcrumb Method™.
Rather than forcing you through a formula, we follow five natural movements that may overlap, repeat, or unfold in their own order.
NOTICE - What's showing up? What keeps catching your attention?
UNRAVEL - Which stories, expectations, or beliefs might be worth questioning?
REMEMBER - What parts of yourself, your values, or your desires would you like to reconnect with?
RECLAIM - What choices feel like yours to make?
INTEGRATE - How might what you've discovered find a place in your actual life?
And woven throughout all of it?
A little wandering.
Because sometimes the most interesting discoveries happen when we stop insisting on knowing exactly where we're going.
Follow the Breadcrumbs®
Oh, we'll talk.
And I'll ask questions. Sometimes wonderfully inconvenient ones.
But we might also get creative.
Depending on what feels useful to you, our sessions may include thoughtful conversation, journaling, drawing, playful objects, nostalgic treasures, mindset practices, sound experiences, guided reflection, or simply a little quiet.
Some days we might explore something through conversation.
Other days a curious object, an unexpected memory, or a few minutes of sound might give us somewhere interesting to begin.
And sometimes we'll follow a breadcrumb down a rabbit hole neither of us expected.
The tools aren't the point.
You are.
Here's something I want you to understand about working with me.
I'm not here to tell you what your experience means.
I love noticing patterns. Repeated words. Curious connections. Those little things that keep showing up and practically waving their arms for attention.
But recognizing a pattern doesn't mean I get to decide its meaning.
That's yours.
I might say, “Hey, can I share something I've noticed?”
And then we get curious about it together, if you choose.
You get to decide what you share, what you explore, and how deeply you want to go.
There's no requirement to reveal your deepest secrets, have a breakthrough, or tie everything up in a lovely little bow.
You get to be the authority of your own experience.
I hold the map. You hold the meaning. Together, we notice the breadcrumbs.
I love a good aha moment.
But then Monday morning happens.
There's work. Family. Responsibilities. Relationships. Laundry.
Apparently, enlightenment doesn't fold the towels.
So we'll also get curious about how your discoveries might find a place in everyday life.
A different conversation.
A boundary.
An honest choice.
A new practice.
Or simply noticing when you're slipping into an old pattern.
Not every discovery needs a grand action plan.
Sometimes a small shift is enough.
And sometimes you discover another layer, another question, or another wonderfully inconvenient opportunity to learn something about yourself.
That's being human.
We're not trying to create a perfectly healed version of you who floats through life surrounded by sparkles.
Although I remain very pro-sparkle!
We're creating more space for awareness, curiosity, compassion, and choice.
There's no single way to begin exploring the in-between.
Maybe you'd love a thoughtful conversation where we follow whatever's on your mind.
Maybe you'd rather roll the dice, choose a little character, and rediscover the fun of being you.
Or perhaps you're ready to open a rather fabulous suitcase and spend six sessions exploring the wonderfully curious case of yourself.
Different experiences.
Different ways to wander.
And absolutely no requirement to know which one is right for you before we talk.
Come with your questions.
Come with your curiosity.
Come with your “I don't even know what I need.”
That's allowed, too.
You don't have to know who you're becoming to begin right where you are.
You hold the meaning. We'll follow the breadcrumbs together.

Not quite sure where to begin? Let's chat, explore what's calling for your attention, and see which path feels right for you.
Explore Your Possibilities
A curious conversation, a playful trip through Wonderland, or a deeper adventure through your own curious case. You get to choose.
Because you don't have to have it all figured out to begin.
Whether we're rolling dice, rummaging through a suitcase of curious treasures, or having one of those wonderfully unexpected conversations, there's something woven through every experience I offer.
Curiosity. Choice. Connection. And the freedom to explore who you are without someone telling you who you should become.
I call it The Art of the In-Between.
It's the heart behind my approach to coaching, where we follow the breadcrumbs, make room for the messy middle, and discover what happens when you give yourself permission to simply be YOU.
No fixing required. Imagine that.
