These Terms + Conditions explain the guidelines that apply when you visit the Jenny Darlin website, purchase products, book services, participate in classes or other offerings, or use the information and materials provided here.

This website and the offerings made available through it are owned and operated by Synergy Sensations, LLC dba Jenny Darlin, a Utah business (“Jenny Darlin,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms + Conditions apply to your use of the Jenny Darlin website, including jennydarlin.com (“Site”), and to applicable products, services, classes, programs, digital materials, and other offerings purchased or accessed through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, making a purchase, booking an offering, or participating in a service or class, you agree to these Terms + Conditions and any additional policies, waivers, consent forms, or agreements applicable to the particular offering.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase or participate in the applicable offerings.

The Site and its content are provided for informational, educational, commercial, and personal-use purposes.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or infringe upon the rights of Jenny Darlin or another person.

You may not use the Site to engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, distribute malicious software, interfere with Site functionality, impersonate another person, or otherwise misuse the Site.

The original content created by Jenny Darlin and made available through the Site, including written content, graphics, photographs, course materials, manuals, workbooks, meditations, exercises, product materials, downloads, original methodologies, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to Synergy Sensations, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable, Jenny Darlin proprietary names, brands, and original offerings, including Jenny Darlin, Synergy Sensations™, Heart Illuminating Reiki™, HIR Reiki™, Light Washing™, Life Energy Optimization™, Ways to Wanderland™, Written Energy Inquiry™, and other original names, materials, methods, or creations identified as proprietary.

Your purchase of a service, product, class, course, workbook, certification, digital download, or other offering does not transfer ownership of Jenny Darlin intellectual property to you.

Unless you have received express written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach, upload, publicly display, modify, create derivative commercial materials from, or commercially exploit protected Jenny Darlin materials.

You may download or print materials specifically provided for your personal use, subject to any additional license or usage terms accompanying those materials.

Third-party names, systems, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Jenny Darlin offers complementary wellness, spiritual, intuitive, educational, reflective, energetic, and sensory experiences.

Depending on the offering, these may incorporate practices or tools such as Reiki, sound, colored light, crystals, seashells, meditation, oracle or tarot cards, intuitive impressions, ritual, energy-work frameworks, muscle testing, frequency-based wellness technology, journaling, mindset practices, spiritual exploration, and other complementary approaches.

These offerings are intended to support personal exploration, spiritual practice, self-reflection, relaxation, ritual, learning, creativity, and general wellness.

Experiences vary from person to person.

No particular experience, insight, sensation, spiritual experience, emotional change, physical change, relationship outcome, financial outcome, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Jenny Darlin does not provide medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, nutritional treatment, or other licensed healthcare services unless expressly stated otherwise by an appropriately licensed professional.

Information provided through the Site, sessions, classes, products, readings, energy practices, educational materials, or other Jenny Darlin offerings is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or mental health condition.

Nothing offered through Jenny Darlin should be considered a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, nutritional care, medication, diagnostic testing, or advice from an appropriately qualified licensed professional.

Do not discontinue, delay, or modify prescribed treatment, medication, testing, or professional care based on information obtained through Jenny Darlin.

Intuitive readings, oracle and tarot cards, spiritual impressions, mediumistic impressions, symbolism, spirit-led experiences, energy interpretations, and similar offerings are provided for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment or inspirational purposes where applicable.

Jenny may share impressions, images, words, symbols, questions, spiritual interpretations, or other information that arises during an offering.

You remain the authority over your own life.

You are responsible for deciding what resonates, what does not, and what actions, if any, you choose to take afterward.

Intuitive or spiritual information should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Your intuition belongs to you. Your choices belong to you.

Energy-based practices and complementary wellness systems offered through Jenny Darlin are not medical diagnostic tools.

Terms used within systems such as Emotion Code®, Body Code™, Reiki traditions, chakra systems, energy work, frequency-based wellness systems, crystal practices, or other complementary modalities may describe concepts specific to those traditions or systems.

Those concepts should not be interpreted as medical findings or statements of biological fact.

Muscle testing, energetic observations, intuitive impressions, frequency-based information, or similar practices are not substitutes for laboratory testing, medical imaging, diagnosis, psychological assessment, or other professional evaluation.

When Jenny Darlin uses AO Scan or other frequency-based wellness technology, information generated by the software is used as a complementary wellness and self exploration tool.

Software generated categories, comparisons, frequencies, reports, or visual indicators are not medical measurements and should not be interpreted as measurements of organ function, hormones, nutritional status, toxins, pathogens, disease, or other medical conditions.

If a scan or session raises a health concern, please discuss that concern with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional and seek appropriate medical testing when indicated.

Jenny Darlin offers classes, workshops, journeys, immersions, Reiki training, certification programs, meditation experiences, and other educational offerings through The Curious Classroom.

Individual offerings may have their own prerequisites, schedules, materials, attendance requirements, consent forms, certification requirements, and cancellation policies.

Those additional terms become part of your agreement when you enroll.

Participation does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, spiritual, financial, or wellness outcome.

A certificate issued by Jenny Darlin documents completion of the specific training requirements identified for that offering.

Certification does not constitute a government-issued license, healthcare license, mental health credential, medical qualification, or authorization to practice a regulated profession.

Students are responsible for determining and complying with any laws, regulations, insurance requirements, professional standards, business requirements, or scope-of-practice limitations applicable to services they later choose to offer.

Where an offering includes proprietary Jenny Darlin methods or materials, certification does not automatically grant permission to reproduce course materials, teach the system, issue certifications to others, sublicense intellectual property, or represent yourself as an instructor or trainer unless that permission is expressly provided in writing.

Synergy Sensations™ products may include ritual products, crystal smudge sprays, anointing oils, oracle cards, decks, journals, printed materials, crystals, botanical products, bath products, spiritual tools, and other creations.

These products are offered for purposes such as ritual, aroma, intention, reflection, spiritual practice, creativity, sensory enjoyment, and personal wellness.

Statements concerning traditional, symbolic, spiritual, energetic, botanical, crystal, or metaphysical associations are provided for informational and personal-exploration purposes.

Unless expressly identified and legally authorized otherwise, Jenny Darlin products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Please review product instructions, ingredients, warnings, and usage information before use.

Discontinue use of a product if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional care when necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph products and offerings.

Because many Jenny Darlin products are handcrafted or contain natural, botanical, crystal, artistic, or small batch elements, reasonable variations in appearance, color, texture, size, scent, or presentation may occur.

Availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other Site information.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, packages, offerings, and availability may change from time to time.

Appointments, classes, events, digital products, physical products, custom products, and certification programs may have different cancellation, rescheduling, return, and refund rules.

Unless required by law, eligibility for a refund, return, credit, transfer, or rescheduling is determined by the policy applicable to the particular offering.

Jenny Darlin provides information, experiences, tools, questions, practices, and opportunities for exploration.

You make your own choices.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, purchases, professional care, and interpretation or use of information received through the Site or Jenny Darlin offerings.

Participation in a spiritual, intuitive, educational, energetic, or complementary wellness practice does not transfer responsibility for your decisions to Jenny Darlin.

Some services require a separate consent form before participation.

You are encouraged to communicate your preferences, boundaries, accessibility needs, and comfort level when appropriate.

For services that may include physical touch, touch will be used only as described in the applicable service and subject to consent.

You may ask questions, decline an optional practice, or communicate a boundary at any time.

These statements reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the people who provided them.

Individual experiences vary, and a testimonial should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another person will have the same experience or outcome.

Jenny Darlin will not knowingly publish fake or false testimonials.

Where a testimonial or endorsement involves a material relationship that requires disclosure, such as compensation, a free product, or another relevant incentive or connection, Jenny Darlin intends to disclose that relationship as required.

Testimonials may be edited for spelling, grammar, length, or clarity when appropriate without intentionally changing the substance of the person's experience.

Jenny Darlin currently supports tree planting in connection with qualifying purchases of Jenny Darlin services and Synergy Sensations™ products.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, the current intention is for one tree to be planted for each qualifying service or product purchase.

Tree planting may be carried out through one or more independent organizations or reforestation partners.

The specific planting location, species, timing, environmental impact, and administration of individual planting projects may be determined by those organizations and may change over time.

Jenny Darlin may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue the giveback program in the future. Any such change will apply prospectively and will not intentionally misrepresent purchases made under a previously advertised program.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital downloads, workbooks, course materials, meditations, recordings, manuals, card materials, printables, and similar resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only.

Purchasing access does not give you permission to reproduce, resell, share, distribute, upload, teach from, commercially exploit, or make the materials available to others.

If an offering includes a different license, for example, permission granted to a certified practitioner, the terms of that specific license will control.

Jenny Darlin does not guarantee any particular result from use of the Site or participation in any service, class, course, product, reading, practice, certification, or other offering.

Your experience may differ from another person's experience.

Statements describing possible experiences are not guarantees that those experiences will occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or that every technical issue will immediately be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your use of the Site may involve the collection or processing of personal information, particularly when you contact Jenny Darlin, join an email list, purchase a product, schedule an appointment, enroll in a class, or complete a form.

Jenny Darlin may update these Terms + Conditions as the business, Site, offerings, or applicable requirements change.

The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated revision date.

Unless otherwise required by law, updated Terms apply prospectively from the effective date posted.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by Jenny Darlin to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any provision concerning jurisdiction, venue, dispute resolution, arbitration, or waiver of particular legal rights should be interpreted and enforced only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
