AO Scan Technology - Tune In. Get Curious.
Your body has a story.
Your voice has a rhythm.
Your energy has patterns.
And if you're anything like me, the moment someone says, “Want to see something interesting?”
...you're already in.
Welcome to Life Energy Optimization™, my Jenny Darlin approach to exploring the frequency based information generated through Solex AO Scan technology.
Think:
frequency + sound + information + curiosity.
Not medical testing.
Not diagnosis.
And definitely not me pretending a scanner knows more about your body than your doctor does.
This is another lens.
And around here...
we like interesting lenses.
So... What Is AO Scan?
AO Scan is a frequenc -based wellness technology that uses voice analysis, sound frequencies, and software-generated frequency comparisons to create a variety of wellness reports and audio experiences.
Depending on the scan we choose, the system may display information using categories associated with emotions, energetic patterns, chakras, meridians, nutritional frequencies, body systems, and other areas within the AO Scan software.
That's where we get curious.
What catches your attention?
What seems relevant?
What surprises you?
What gives you something you'd like to explore further?
And equally important...
What doesn't resonate at all?
Because a scan is information.
It isn't the authority on you.
Your Voice Has Something to Say
Inner Voice Scan
This might be one of my favorite places to begin.
You record a short sample of your voice and the AO Scan software analyzes aspects of it through its musical frequency framework.
The system then generates personalized balancing audio tracks based on the results.
And because sound is already such a huge part of my world...
of course I find this fascinating.
Listen with headphones, notice how you feel, and pay attention to anything that comes forward.
A thought.
A feeling.
A memory.
A shift in attention.
Or maybe simply:
“Okay... that's interesting.”
We don't need to turn every result into a revelation.
Sometimes curiosity is enough.
Vital + Comprehensive Scans
Want to wander a little farther down the frequency rabbit hole?
The AO Scan software also offers Vital and Comprehensive reports that organize frequency comparisons into categories associated with different areas of the body and energetic wellness.
Depending on the report, you may see categories related to things such as:
- Body systems
- Organs and tissues
- Chakras and meridians
- Nutritional frequencies
- Structural categories
- Emotional or energetic patterns
- Other frequency libraries contained within the AO Scan software
Some reports use numerical ranges or visual indicators to show how the software categorized the frequency comparison.
These are not measurements of organ function, nutrient levels, hormones, toxins, pathogens, or disease and shouldn't replace medical testing or professional healthcare.
They're simply another set of information to explore.
And you know me...
give me information and a rabbit hole and I'm probably going in.
Scan. Listen. Notice.
Depending on your session, we may use the AO Scan's frequency based audio or optimization features after completing a scan.
I prefer to think about this part less as:
“We're fixing what's wrong.”
And more as:
“Let's listen and see what you notice.”
You may find the experience relaxing.
You might become aware of something you hadn't been paying attention to.
You might love listening to the frequencies.
You might get curious about one particular result.
Or you might simply enjoy having intentional time focused on yourself.
There is no response you're required to have.
SEFI - The Extra Curious Part
Subtle Energy Frequency Imprinting
And then we get to something that feels very Jenny Darlin...
SEFI.
Within the Solex system, SEFI allows selected frequency programs to be used with items such as:
- Water
- Crystals
- Oils
- Lotions
- Jewelry
- SEFiDOTS
Different programs within the software are labeled around themes such as sleep, mood, balance, energy, beauty, comfort, and other wellness intentions.
I treat these as energetic and intention based practices, not medical treatments.
Choose an intention.
Choose your frequency program.
And then...
see what you notice.
Yes, We Can Get Curious About Your Animals, Too
Dogs.
Cats.
Horses.
(You knew the horses were eventually getting involved.)
AO Scan includes options that people use with animals as part of frequency-based wellness practices.
As with people, I don't use this to diagnose illness or replace veterinary care.
It's simply another energetic wellness tool that can be explored alongside appropriate care.
In Person or From a Distance
Life Energy Optimization™ sessions can be offered in person or remotely, depending on the scan or frequency experience you're choosing.
That means you don't necessarily have to be sitting in my room to explore it.
Which is convenient because...
curiosity travels.
What Might We Explore?
Your session doesn't have to involve every scan, every report, every frequency, and every button the technology has to offer.
(Dear God. We'd be here awhile.)
Instead, we'll choose what makes sense for what you're curious about.
Maybe that's:
Inner Voice
Explore the software's voice-frequency analysis and personalized audio.
Vital or Comprehensive Scan
Explore frequency comparisons across the software's wellness categories.
SEFI
Choose a frequency program around an intention you'd like to work with.
Custom Frequency Exploration
Mix and match features depending on what you'd like to explore.
This is why I call my approach:
Life Energy Optimization™
It's not about chasing the perfect scan.
It's about giving yourself another interesting way to listen inward.
A Little Reminder Before We Plug In
AO Scan is a wellness technology.
It isn't a medical diagnostic test, and I don't use its reports to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
If something concerning appears in a report or you're experiencing symptoms bring those questions to the appropriate licensed healthcare professional and use actual medical testing when needed.
Around here, the scan has a different job:
information.
curiosity.
reflection.
intention.
And maybe one very interesting rabbit hole.
