Okay, here's something kind of wonderful...
You don't have to tell me your whole story.
You can.
You can absolutely curl up on my couch, tell me what's been happening, laugh, cry, swear a little (I'm not scared), and talk it through.
But with Emotion Code® + Body Code™ work, you don't have to verbally unpack every experience in order for us to explore what's showing up.
Sometimes that's exactly the appeal.
These modalities use muscle testing as a way of asking yes-or-no questions and moving through the Emotion Code® and Body Code™ frameworks.
Think of it less like me telling you what's going on...
and more like following a trail of breadcrumbs.
Is this relevant?
Is there another layer?
Does this connect here?
Is there something else to explore?
Question by question, we get curious about the emotional and energetic patterns that arise within the process.
And because apparently I can't resist a good rabbit hole...
I love this part.
The Emotion Code® focuses on identifying what its system describes as “trapped emotions”emotional energies associated with past experiences.
The Body Code™ expands the exploration through six categories within its framework:
These categories are part of the Body Code™ system and aren't a medical diagnosis or assessment.
I use them as a structured map for asking questions, noticing patterns, and exploring what comes forward during your session.
Because sometimes having a map makes wandering the rabbit hole a whole lot more interesting.
One of my favorite things about this work is that you get to decide how much you want to share.
Maybe something comes up and immediately makes sense.
“Ohhhh. Yep. I know exactly what THAT is.”
Maybe it sparks a memory.
Maybe it gives you something interesting to journal about.
Maybe it doesn't resonate at all.
That's allowed, too.
Your experience matters more than making the process fit a story.
We notice.
We get curious.
And you decide what feels meaningful.
Sometimes what we're carrying isn't physical at all.
An old story.
A relationship.
A role you've outgrown.
A feeling you keep circling.
Someone else's expectations.
Something you've been holding onto for so long that you barely notice you're holding it anymore.
That's where my What's the Weight? exploration comes in.
Rather than promising that emotional work will change the number on a scale, we get curious about another kind of weight:
What feels heavy?
What are you carrying?
Does it still belong to you?
And perhaps the most interesting question...
What might life feel like with a little more room?
Relationships have layers.
(So. Many. Layers.)
This exploration uses muscle testing and the Emotion Code® + Body Code™ frameworks to get curious about patterns connected with a particular relationship.
Partners. Parents. Children. Family. Friendships. Even the relationship you have with yourself.
We're not deciding who's right, who's wrong, or diagnosing another person from afar.
We're exploring your experience, what the relationship brings up for you, and what might be worth noticing.
Because sometimes the most useful relationship insight begins with...
“Wait. Why does this affect me so much?”
You know those moments when you know what you want...
but somehow keep doing the exact opposite?
Welcome to being human.
If we notice that you're repeatedly circling the same pattern, we can explore what I call Subconscious Resistance using questions and muscle testing to look at beliefs, emotional associations, fears, patterns, or other pieces that may be worth bringing into awareness.
Not because your subconscious is secretly plotting against you.
(She's busy enough already.)
But because sometimes there is simply more to the story.
And curiosity gives us somewhere to begin.
Sessions can be experienced:
In person
Come get comfy and we'll explore together.
By phone
We can talk while I work through the process with you.
Distance session
With your consent, I can work through the session remotely and send you what came forward afterward.
Yes, this is the option some of my clients love because they can basically say:
“Jenny, you do your thing. I'm going to go do mine.”
Fair enough.
You might leave with an insight.
A question.
A mantra.
An affirmation.
A pattern you hadn't noticed before.
Something you want to journal about.
Or simply the feeling that you spent some intentional time listening inward.
If intuitive impressions or additional breadcrumbs arise for me during our work, I'll share those with you, too.
And, as always...
you decide what resonates.
There is nothing you're required to feel afterward and no “correct” response to a session.
Drink some water because you're a human and hydration is generally a good idea.
(Not because I energetically cleaned out your basement.)
Then give yourself a little room to notice what comes next.
This isn't about finding everything that's “wrong” with you.
Actually...
I don't believe that's the question at all.
I'd rather ask:
What's showing up?
What's asking for your attention?
What are you ready to look at differently?
What might you be ready to stop carrying?
No forcing.
No digging for something dramatic.
No need to turn every breadcrumb into a breakthrough.
Just curiosity, intention, and another interesting way to listen inward.
A focused exploration when there's something specific you'd like to get curious about.
More room to follow the breadcrumbs and explore multiple layers or patterns.
An unhurried session with space for deeper exploration, conversation, intuitive insight, and integration.
Bring your curiosity. We'll start there.
Before We Clear the Gunk…

You know the pattern.
You've looked at it.
You've worked with it.
You've had the “Ohhhh... THAT'S what I've been doing” moment.
And yet...
here you are again.
Welcome to being beautifully, frustratingly human.
Sometimes we know exactly what we want to change, choose, release, or do differently—and still find ourselves circling the same familiar territory.
That's when we can get a little more curious.
Using the Emotion Code® + Body Code™ framework and muscle testing, we'll explore whether there are additional emotional or energetic patterns showing up around the thing that keeps bringing you back.
You might want to explore this process if:
None of this means you're broken.
And it doesn't automatically mean your subconscious is “blocking” you.
It simply gives us another question to explore:
We'll use muscle testing, questions, conversation, and the Body Code™ framework to follow whatever breadcrumbs arise.
Maybe we notice an emotional association.
A belief.
A fear.
An old story.
A familiar relationship dynamic.
Something that once felt protective.
Or something completely unexpected that makes you say...
“Well, THAT'S interesting.”
We don't need to force an explanation.
We don't need to dig until we find something dramatic.
And we certainly aren't going to declare your subconscious the villain of the story.
We're simply getting curious about the pattern.
The goal isn't to make you “perfectly receptive” to energy work.
It's to bring more awareness to the places where you may feel conflicted, stuck, hesitant, or caught between what you consciously want and what you repeatedly find yourself doing.
Because once you can see a pattern differently...
you may have more room to choose differently, too.
And sometimes?
That tiny bit of space is where things get really interesting.
Consent is required before beginning Emotion Code® + Body Code™ work.

Jacoby's teacher called and said:
"Jacoby had an amazing week! He seemed more focused and kept his hands to himself! Yay!!!"
(He invades peoples personal space when he gets excited. This is a great win!
Thank you for the Body Code work! It worked!)
