Once these sound waves reach your brain they trigger multiple responses in your body.   These'll alter and dissipate any undesired emotions and traumas, at the same time they'll be releasing hormones for greatest wellness.   

Music brings a flooding of dopamine to the  brain. It also releases oxytocin, a natural pain releaser.
