Crystal & Seashell Therapy

Crystals have been tucked into pockets, worn around necks, placed on altars, carried as talismans, and treasured for generations.

Seashells have traveled their own mysterious journey from ocean to shore, shaped by water, movement, time, and tide.

And somewhere along the way I thought...

Obviously, I need both.

Welcome to Crystal + Seashell Therapy, a beautifully sensory, intuitive experience where crystals, shells, color, sound, scent, symbolism, and energy come together around one very important thing:

you getting to lie down and receive.

Rather than deciding exactly what's “wrong” or out of alignment, I approach these sessions a little differently.

We notice.

We listen.

We get curious.

I intuitively choose from crystals, gemstones, seashells, colors, essential oils, Synergy Sensations™, sound, and other energetic tools as we build your session.

You may find yourself particularly drawn to something, too.

A stone.

A color.

A shell.

A sound.

Something you can't explain but keep looking at.

I love those moments.

Because sometimes the most interesting question isn't:

“What does this crystal do?”

It's:

Crystals bring the energy of Earth into the experience.

Seashells bring a beautiful connection with water, movement, rhythm, and the ocean.

Together, they create this lovely meeting place between grounding and flow.

Solid and fluid.

Earth and sea.

Stillness and movement.

I may place crystals or shells on or around you, incorporate them into the energetic space, or use them intuitively alongside other tools during your session.

And because I apparently don't know how to leave well enough alone...

there may also be sound, scent, light, Reiki, or a pendulum wandering into the experience, too.

(Everybody wants an invitation.)

This part?

I love.

Above you, soft white fabric billows across the ceiling, gathered with delicate roses to create a cocoon like sanctuary.

Suspended within the canopy are softly glowing glass globes filled with crystals resting above Himalayan salt, layered with candlelight, beauty, and intention.

Below you, crystals may be incorporated beneath or around your resting space.

So yes...

as above, so below.

The environment itself is intentional.

Because I don't think the room you receive in is separate from the experience.

Beauty matters here.

We can absolutely bring the chakra system into your session.

Rather than treating chakras as something I need to diagnose or “fix,” I use them as a symbolic and energetic framework for exploration.

Maybe we're drawn to the heart.

Maybe grounding keeps coming up.

Maybe expression and voice become interesting.

Maybe one particular color won't leave you alone.

We can pair crystals, shells, color, sound, scent, and intention around those themes and simply notice what the experience brings forward for you.

No perfect chakra score required.

(Thank God. Imagine the paperwork!)

A pendulum may also make an appearance.

I use it as an intuitive tool for exploration, not as an infallible cosmic truth detector.

It may help us choose between crystals, colors, placements, or other elements of the session.

Sometimes it's beautifully subtle.

Sometimes it swings like it has opinions.

Either way...

we stay curious.

Every person's experience is different.

You may notice:

• Warmth or coolness
• Tingling or subtle sensations
• A feeling of heaviness or lightness
• Colors or imagery
• Memories or emotions
• A particular crystal or shell grabbing your attention
• Deep relaxation
• Quiet
• Absolutely nothing dramatic whatsoever

All of those are valid.

You don't need to feel energy moving.

You don't need to see colors.

You don't need to receive a message from the Universe.

And you definitely don't have to pretend something happened because you think you're supposed to.

Your experience gets to be your experience.

Crystals and shells carry centuries of cultural, spiritual, symbolic, and personal associations.

Rose quartz, for example, is commonly associated with themes of love, tenderness, compassion, and the heart.

That doesn't mean I place rose quartz on you and, poof... twenty years of heartbreak disappears.

Instead, perhaps it becomes an invitation.

What does tenderness mean to you?

Where could you use more compassion?

What are you ready to receive?

What does your heart need you to hear?

Now we've got somewhere interesting to wander.

Because I work intuitively, I may receive impressions, words, images, colors, symbols, or little messages while we're working.

If something feels meaningful, I'll share it.

You might notice things of your own, too.

We don't have to turn every sensation into a sign or every crystal into an answer.

We can simply ask:

“Hmm... what does that bring up for me?”

Curiosity gets to do the rest.

This may be the most important part.

You don't have to perform.

You don't have to clear something.

You don't have to become more spiritual.

You don't even have to understand why I have so many crystals.

(Although if you've seen my oracle deck collection, this really shouldn't surprise you.)

Come in.

Get comfortable.

Let yourself be surrounded by something beautiful.

Feel the weight of a stone.

Notice the shape of a shell.

Listen to the sound.

Breathe.

And give yourself permission to simply...

receive.
