Somewhere along the way, we got really good at being adults.

Responsibilities. Expectations. Schedules. Decisions. Laundry. More laundry.

Blah. Blah. Blah.

And somewhere in the middle of all that grown up business, we sometimes forget how much fun it is to simply be ourselves.

Well, I think it's time we did something about that.

Welcome to Ways to Wanderland™, a playful coaching experience where curiosity leads the way, the rules are delightfully flexible, and you don't have to arrive with a single thing figured out.

No couch interrogation. No complicated self-improvement checklist.

Just you, me, a wonderfully curious game board, and absolutely no idea where we might end up.

And that's kind of the point.

First, you'll meet a rather fabulous collection of Little People.

There are all kinds of characters, each with their own personality.

Choose one that catches your eye.

Maybe it reminds you of yourself. Maybe someone you know. Maybe you just like its fabulous little hat.

You don't have to explain your choice.

Then we'll wander.

You'll choose where to begin, roll the dice, follow the footprints in whichever direction you'd like, and explore the different destinations along the way.

Each destination has its own collection of questions and invitations to get curious.

Some are silly. Some are thoughtful. Some might bring up an unexpected memory or a perspective you hadn't considered before.

And here's my favorite part.

I'm wandering right alongside you.

Because who decided coaching had to involve one person asking all the questions while the other person sits there trying to come up with brilliant answers?

Not in my Wonderland.

We'll play. We'll wonder. We'll see what shows up.

And yes, sometimes we'll laugh at something so ridiculous that we completely forget we're supposed to be having a meaningful experience.

Funny how those moments can turn out to be meaningful, too.

Oh, who knows?

And isn't that delicious?

Maybe a question will remind you of something you loved as a child.

Maybe you'll notice how differently you see something today.

Maybe your character will choose a destination you never would have picked for yourself.

Maybe a story will tumble out that you haven't thought about in years.

Or maybe you'll simply remember how good it feels to play without needing to accomplish a darn thing.

We might explore what matters to you, what makes you laugh, what you've forgotten you love, or what's been quietly asking for your attention.

There are no right answers.

No winning or losing.

And definitely no gold stars for having your life together.

Seriously though... We're playing a game, not taking a final exam!

There's a little something woven into the heart of Wanderland.

Notice. Wonder. Choose.

Not rules.

Not steps you have to complete.

Just gentle invitations.

Notice what catches your attention.

Wonder what feels interesting about it.

Choose whether you'd like to explore it further.

Sometimes we'll follow a curious little breadcrumb somewhere unexpected.

Sometimes we'll stay right where we are.

And sometimes you'll decide to head in an entirely different direction.

That's the beauty of it.

You get to choose your own wandering.

Before you leave Wonderland, there's one more little surprise.

You'll get to choose a keepsake card from my A Little Something to Wander With collection.

Maybe you'll write down a thought.

Maybe you'll capture a favorite moment, doodle something ridiculous, or give your wandering companion a little personality of their own.

Or maybe you'll leave it completely blank.

No rules there, either.

We'll tuck it into its own little envelope for you to take home.

And if you return for another adventure, you can add another card to your collection.

A tiny journal of your wanderings.

No homework required. You're welcome!

You don't need to be outgoing, artistic, spiritual, or particularly good at games.
