Come exactly as you are. No Reiki or energy-work experience required.
Welcome to The Enchanted Rose Garden the heart of the Heart Illuminating Reiki™ experience.
For three immersive days, we’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and into a beautifully layered world of Reiki, sound, meditation, ceremonial tea, crystals, movement, symbolism, ritual, intuition, and receiving.
And yes... there will be gifts.
So. Many. Gifts.
But more than anything, this is an invitation to experience Heart Illuminating Reiki™ from the inside out.
Heart Illuminating Reiki™ began through my own years of Reiki practice, spiritual exploration, meditation, intuitive experiences, and what I experienced as guidance from Christ and a Divine team of love and light.
Through that process came symbols, meditations, practices, prayers, and energetic rituals that eventually became the evolving system I now call Heart Illuminating Reiki™.
At its center is one simple intention:
Throughout our three days together, you’ll have space to learn the practice, experience it for yourself, work with the symbols and rituals, practice with others, and begin discovering how HIR Reiki™ feels when it moves through you.
There is no perfect way you’re supposed to experience it.
You may notice energy, emotion, imagery, intuition, stillness, connection, curiosity, or simply the pleasure of slowing down and receiving.
Your experience gets to be your own.
This isn't three days of sitting in a chair taking notes while I talk at you.
We’re going in.
Our time together may include:
Heart Illuminating Reiki™ practice + receiving
Experience the modality for yourself while learning how to offer the practice to others.
Twelve HIR Reiki™ symbols
Explore the original twelve symbols within the system, their meanings, intentions, and ways they may be incorporated into your personal or Reiki practice.
Attunement + initiation rituals
Participate in the ceremonial attunements used within Heart Illuminating Reiki™ as part of learning and entering the practice.
Channeled meditative sound journeys
Settle into guided meditation woven with sound, vibration, imagery, and the symbolism of The Enchanted Rose Garden.
Crystal exploration + gridwork
Learn ways crystals and intentional layouts can be incorporated into ritual and energetic practice.
And then...
Because apparently simply talking about crystals was never going to be enough around here.
HIR Reiki™ expressive movement meditation
Experience a movement based practice created as part of the Heart Illuminating Reiki™ system another way to step out of thinking and into experiencing.
Ceremonial tea + sensory ritual
Tea, scent, sound, beauty, texture, symbolism, and sacred space are intentionally woven throughout the experience.
Because the environment matters.
Receiving + practicing
You'll have opportunities to both receive and practice Heart Illuminating Reiki™ with yourself and classmates in a supportive learning space.
You won't leave The Enchanted Rose Garden empty handed.
Your immersive experience includes a collection of tools and creations designed to help you continue exploring your practice at home, including:
A comprehensive Heart Illuminating Reiki™ manual
A customized course binder
The Heart Illuminating Reiki™ channeled prayer
A full-size custom Synergy Sensations™ Crystal Smudge Spray
A custom High Heart anointing oil
Crystals + tools for your practice
Your handmade multi layered crystal grid
Meditations + HIR Reiki™ materials
Symbol references + practices
...and a few surprises.
Because I am still me, and apparently I am physically incapable of sending you home without presents.
Upon completing the three-day immersion and required practice, you'll receive your Heart Illuminating Reiki™ certification, recognizing your training in the HIR Reiki™ system and your ability to incorporate the practice into your personal work and offer HIR Reiki™ to others.
The emphasis isn't on memorizing everything perfectly.
It's on understanding the foundations, practicing responsibly, learning the symbols and rituals, and beginning to trust your own experience with the work.
Heart Illuminating Reiki™ has never felt static to me.
Since its creation, additional symbols, meditations, practices, and intuitive material have continued to emerge through my own spiritual practice.
Certified HIR Reiki™ practitioners may be invited back into The Enchanted Rose Garden for future experiences where we explore additional symbols, attunements, meditations, ceremonial teas, practices, and whatever curious new breadcrumbs have appeared along the way.
Not because you need to constantly collect another certification.
But because sometimes...
And when there's something meaningful to explore, we'll get curious together.
As part of your HIR Reiki™ Immersion, 11 trees will be planted in your name.
A little love for your journey.
A little love returned to the Earth.
You don't need to know everything about Reiki.
You don't need to be extraordinarily intuitive.
You don't need to have energy work figured out.
Come curious.
Come ready to learn.
Come ready to experience.
Come ready to receive.
And leave a little room for wonder.
Where love is. Where all is possible.®

There are some places you don't find on a map.
You find them when you get quiet enough to wander inward.
Welcome to The Traveler’s Journey... an immersive meditation experience woven with sound, ceremonial tea, oracle cards, guided imagery, journaling, ritual, intuition, and a little magic.
Together, we'll leave the everyday behind for a while and follow a journey inward...
We'll gather in sacred space, settle in with ceremonial tea, and prepare for the experience ahead.
You'll receive a beautiful, spacious Traveler's Journey workbook filled with journal prompts, places to capture what you notice, and questions to return to as your journey unfolds.
Then we'll get comfortable.
The sound begins.
And off we go.
You'll be guided through an immersive, sound-infused meditation where you can soften, listen, imagine, receive, and allow the story to unfold in whatever way feels natural to you.
No need to meditate perfectly.
No need to make anything happen.
Within the meditation, you'll travel by sailboat until we reach the shore.
From there, we'll walk together toward your Heart's Crystal Temple.
You'll be invited to imagine the landscape around you.
Notice what appears.
Notice what doesn't.
Notice what you're drawn toward.
Along the way, you may encounter a guide, symbol, memory, feeling, image, color, word, or something completely unexpected.
Eventually, you'll enter the chamber of your heart and make your way toward your altar.
Before class, you'll choose an altar piece to bring with you.
It might be:
A crystal.
A photograph.
A handwritten note.
A statue.
A piece of jewelry.
A small keepsake.
Something meaningful that only makes sense to you.
There is no “right” object.
During the journey, your altar piece becomes part of the experience a physical touchpoint for whatever meaning, intention, memory, question, or symbolism you choose to explore.
What does it represent?
Why did you choose it?
What does it bring up?
What are you ready to acknowledge?
What might you be ready to receive?
We'll let curiosity do what curiosity does best...
The Traveler's Journey creates room to explore themes such as:
Love + connection
Acceptance + forgiveness
Intuition + inner knowing
Guidance + symbolism
Grief + remembrance
Desire + possibility
What you're carrying
What you're ready to put down
What you want to invite forward
You may experience your journey as deeply spiritual.
You may experience it as imaginative and symbolic.
You may receive an intuitive impression that feels wonderfully specific.
Or you may simply spend some beautiful time inside your own inner world.
I may offer prompts and invitations along the way, but you decide what resonates, what has meaning, and what you want to carry home.
Sound is woven throughout the meditation to create an immersive sensory landscape around your journey.
Gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments may become part of the story sometimes soft and spacious, sometimes deep and resonant, sometimes appearing at exactly the moment that makes you think...
“Okay. That was oddly perfect.”
You don't have to interpret every sound.
Just listen.
Feel.
Notice.
Receive.
Before our journey ends, you'll receive a special keepsake to take home and add to your own treasure-box altar.
A little something tangible from an experience that happened mostly within.
You'll also take home your Traveler's Journey workbook so you can continue journaling, reflecting, and following any breadcrumbs that appeared.
Because sometimes the interesting part doesn't arrive until later.
Bring a treasure box that will become part of your personal altar practice.
Bring one meaningful altar piece you'd like to carry into the journey, a note, crystal, photograph, statue, keepsake, piece of jewelry, or anything else that calls to you.
Bring a favorite oracle deck if you have one.
And if you don't?
Oh, don't worry.
(Okay. I have a ridiculous number. You'll have options.)
And finally...
Wear comfy clothes.
This is not the day for pants that require commitment.
Bring your treasure box.
Bring something meaningful.
Bring your curiosity.
Then climb aboard.
We'll follow the sound, come ashore, enter the temple, and see what waits for you there.
BEGIN THE JOURNEY

What if getting a little lost wasn't such a bad thing?
What if, for a little while, you stopped trying to figure out exactly where you're going...
and simply followed the journey?
Welcome to Lost at Sea an immersive meditation experience woven with sound, ceremonial tea, guided imagery, oracle cards, journaling, ritual, intuition, and a little island magic.
We'll leave the familiar shore behind, wander somewhere unexpected, and get curious about what might be waiting for you there.
We'll begin by gathering in sacred space, settling in with ceremonial tea, and preparing for the journey ahead.
You'll receive your own Lost at Sea workbook, filled with spacious journal pages, reflective prompts, and places to capture the curious little breadcrumbs that appear along the way.
Then you'll get comfortable.
The sound begins.
And we'll travel.
You'll be guided through an immersive, sound-infused meditation into a beautiful inner landscape, one where you don't need to know what comes next.
You simply follow.
Listen. Imagine. Notice. Receive.
Within the meditation, you'll find yourself on your own blissful island.
And you won't be exploring it alone.
A native friend and guide will join you as we wander through the landscape together, following the story toward something you've brought with you all along...
But this isn't simply a box filled with pretty things.
Within the symbolism of Lost at Sea, your treasure box becomes a representation of your Higher Heart, a place to explore what you value, what you carry, what you protect, what you've forgotten, and what might be ready to be rediscovered.
Because sometimes the treasure isn't something new.
As we journey inward, I'll offer gentle prompts and invitations to help you explore whatever appears.
You may encounter a guide.
Receive a symbolic gift.
Remember something.
Feel something.
Notice a word, image, color, object, sensation, or message.
You may find yourself exploring acceptance, forgiveness, love, possibility, belonging, intuition, connection, or something entirely your own.
And sometimes?
Nothing dramatic happens at all.
You simply get quiet enough to spend some time with yourself.
That counts, too.
There is no required experience inside Lost at Sea.
I'm not here to tell you what your imagery means or decide which message belongs to you.
I'll guide the journey.
Throughout the meditation, sound surrounds the experience.
Gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, ocean-inspired sounds, and other instruments may move in and out of the journey creating an immersive landscape of rhythm, vibration, spaciousness, and stillness.
You don't need to analyze it.
You don't need to “do” anything with the frequencies.
Let yourself listen.
Let yourself imagine.
Let yourself receive.
And see where the story takes you.
Before class, choose one altar item to bring into the experience.
It could be:
A crystal.
A photograph.
A handwritten note.
A statue.
A piece of jewelry.
A keepsake.
A tiny object with a very big story.
Or something you can't quite explain, you just feel drawn to bring it.
Perfect.
Bring that.
Your altar piece becomes another breadcrumb within the journey, inviting you to explore the meaning, memory, intention, or connection it holds for you.
We'll also spend time with oracle cards as another way to invite reflection and curiosity into the experience.
Bring a favorite deck if you have one.
If you don't...
(My oracle deck collection has been preparing for this moment its entire life.)
Before you leave the island behind, you'll receive a special treasure keepsake to take home and add to your treasure-box altar.
You'll also take home your Lost at Sea workbook, filled with your notes, reflections, questions, discoveries, and whatever breadcrumbs you want to keep following.
Because the meditation may end...
Bring your treasure box.
Bring one meaningful altar item you'd like to connect with during the journey.
Bring your favorite oracle deck, if you have one.
Bring an open mind and a little curiosity.
And please...
We're getting Lost at Sea.
There is absolutely no reason to do it in uncomfortable pants.
You don't need to know where you're going.
You don't need to know what you're supposed to find.
You don't even need to know what question you're asking.
Bring your treasure box.
Bring your curiosity.
And let the sound carry you somewhere you haven't been before.
GET LOST WITH ME

A two-day certification experience. No previous Reiki or energy work experience required.
If you've been curious about Reiki... what it is, how it feels, how to work with it, and how to begin incorporating it into your own life or offering it to others—this is your place to start.
Over two immersive days, we'll explore the foundations of Usui/Tibetan Reiki Levels I + II through teaching, discussion, attunements, Japanese Reiki techniques, hands on practice, and plenty of time to actually experience the work for yourself.
You don't need to arrive knowing how to feel energy.
You don't need to consider yourself intuitive.
And you definitely don't need to know what you're doing yet.
Level I introduces you to the foundations of Reiki and begins with something important:
your own practice.
We'll explore Reiki as a spiritual and energetic practice, learn traditional hand positions, and spend time experiencing what it feels like to both offer and receive Reiki.
You'll learn ways to incorporate Reiki into your everyday life through self-practice, meditation, intention, and presence.
We'll also explore traditional Japanese Reiki practices, including:
Gassho
Reiji-ho
Byosen Scanning
Gyoshi-ho
Koki-ho
Kenyoku
Jacki-kiri Joka-ho
Rather than simply memorizing a list of techniques, we'll practice them together so you can begin discovering which ones resonate with you.
During Level II, we'll build upon your foundation and introduce the traditional Reiki II symbols and their associated practices.
You'll learn how the symbols are traditionally incorporated into Reiki sessions, personal practice, intention, and distance Reiki.
We'll explore:
Reiki II symbols + their traditional uses
Distance Reiki practices
Offering Reiki to others
Energy + space-clearing practices
Chakras as an energetic framework
The Hayashi Healing Guide
Japanese Reiki techniques
Intention + presence within a session
Creating a comfortable Reiki experience
Hands-on practice with classmates
And yes...
Because reading about Reiki and experiencing Reiki are two very different things.
Attunements are a traditional part of Reiki training and will be woven throughout our two days together.
You'll receive the appropriate Level I + Level II Reiki attunements as part of your certification experience.
You don't need to make anything happen during an attunement.
People experience them differently.
You might notice warmth, tingling, imagery, emotion, stillness, relaxation, or something wonderfully difficult to describe.
You may also think...
“Well, that was peaceful.”
All perfectly acceptable.
There is no test for having the “right” energetic experience.
One of my favorite parts of learning Reiki is realizing you don't have to perform it perfectly.
Reiki gives you a framework.
The techniques give you somewhere to begin.
Practice gives you experience.
And over time, you begin discovering how you relate to the work.
We'll make room for questions, experimentation, conversation, practice, and those wonderfully curious moments when you stop and say...
Your two-day immersion includes:
Usui/Tibetan Reiki Level I + II instruction
Level I + II attunements
Traditional Reiki symbols + instruction
Japanese Reiki techniques
Self-Reiki practice
Practice offering Reiki to others
Distance Reiki instruction + practice
Energy + space-clearing practices
Chakra exploration
Hayashi Healing Guide
Comprehensive class manual
Custom binder + handouts
Hands on practice with classmates
And upon successful completion of the training:
For some people, Reiki becomes something they eventually offer professionally.
For others, it remains deeply personal, a practice they use for themselves, their spiritual life, their home, or with consenting friends and family.
There isn't one required destination.
You can learn Reiki because you're curious.
You can learn it because you'd like another practice for slowing down and connecting inward.
You can learn it because you'd eventually like to work with others.
Or you can simply think...
That's enough.
Follow the curiosity.
Completing Reiki I + II gives you a foundation for continuing your Reiki practice and, if you choose, pursuing more advanced Reiki training later.
But there is no race to the next level.
Learn this.
Practice it.
Experience it.
Let it become familiar.
No prior Reiki experience required.
No need to arrive knowing how to sense energy.
No need to have the spiritual stuff figured out.
Bring yourself.
Bring your questions.
Bring your curiosity.
We'll take it from there.
BEGIN MY REIKI JOURNEY

Come gather in sacred space for a wonderfully hands on exploration of the tools, rituals, and curious little goodies that can become part of your everyday spiritual practice.
You’ll receive your own Metaphysician’s Toolkit, filled with thoughtfully chosen supplies to explore throughout our time together, and to keep using long after class is over.
We’ll open it up, get curious, and learn how each piece can be incorporated into practices for intention, ritual, energetic self-care, reflection, grounding, and creating sacred space.
Inside your toolkit, you’ll discover a collection that may include:
A take home handbook with ideas, practices, and ways to continue exploring
Custom Synergy Sensations™ creations made especially for the experience
Herbs + botanical elements for ritual and intention
Energetic + symbolic tools to experiment with and explore
A few other curious essentials because I can’t possibly give away all the surprises
This isn't about memorizing the “right” way to use everything.
It’s about learning the tools, experiencing them for yourself, and discovering what feels meaningful enough to become part of your practice.

A two-day certification experience. No previous Reiki experience required.
There are some things you can understand by reading about them.
And then there are things you really need to experience.
Welcome to Sekhem Reiki Level I, a two-day immersion into the energy, symbols, meditation, ritual, and practices of Sekhem Reiki.
We'll learn.
We'll practice.
We'll meditate.
We'll play with crystals.
We'll ask questions.
And most importantly...
Sekhem is an energy work tradition with spiritual roots and symbolism connected to ancient Egypt.
Within the tradition, Sekhem is often described as Living Light Energy... an expansive spiritual energy used within meditation, Reiki practice, intention, and energetic self exploration.
Rather than asking you to believe exactly what Sekhem should feel like, I want you to experience the practice for yourself.
You may notice warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery, spaciousness, intuition, deep stillness, or absolutely nothing dramatic.
There is no gold star for seeing mystical colors.
Over our two days together, we'll explore the foundations of Sekhem Reiki through a blend of teaching, meditation, attunement, discussion, movement, and hands on practice.
You'll begin learning how to work with Sekhem Reiki for your own personal and spiritual practice, as well as the foundations for offering the practice to others.
We'll explore:
The foundations + spiritual framework of Sekhem Reiki
Sekhem symbols + their traditional meanings and uses
Meditation + energetic awareness
Self-Reiki practices
Offering Sekhem Reiki to others
Hands-on practice with classmates
Energetic movement + stretches
Crystals + their use within energetic practice
Crystal attunement practices
Creating intentional space for a session
And because some of you may eventually want to bring Reiki into your professional work...
We'll also talk about Sekhem Reiki as a business.
Not just the mystical bits.
The real world bits, too.
As part of your Level I training, you'll participate in a Sekhem Reiki attunement.
Attunement is a ceremonial part of Reiki training and marks your entry into this level of the practice.
Your experience may be quiet.
It may feel powerful.
It may bring imagery, emotion, sensation, stillness, or curiosity.
Or you may simply feel peaceful and wonder what we're having for lunch.
There's no experience you need to manufacture and nothing you need to prove.
Receive it. Notice it. Let your experience be yours.
We'll also spend time exploring crystals as intentional companions within your Sekhem practice.
You'll learn about choosing crystals, working with their traditional symbolism, incorporating them into meditation and Reiki sessions, and exploring crystal-attunement practices within the energetic framework of the course.
And yes...
Because looking at them in a binder would be terribly disappointing.
You'll have opportunities throughout the immersion to practice Sekhem Reiki both with yourself and with classmates.
We'll explore hand placement, presence, intention, symbols, session flow, and what it feels like to offer and receive the practice.
You don't need to perform.
You don't need to “get it right” immediately.
This is where you're supposed to experiment, ask questions, notice things, and occasionally say...
“Okay... what the hell was THAT?”
That's why we're here.
Your Sekhem Reiki Level I Immersion includes:
Two days of immersive instruction + practice
Sekhem Reiki Level I attunement
Sekhem symbols + instruction
Guided meditations
Crystal exploration + attunement practices
Self-Reiki instruction
Practice offering Reiki to others
Energetic stretches + movement
Introduction to offering Sekhem Reiki professionally
Comprehensive class manual
Custom course binder
Hands on practice + receiving
And upon successful completion:
Sekhem Reiki training unfolds through three certification levels:
Level I - Foundations + Practice
Your introduction to Sekhem Reiki, attunement, symbols, self-practice, and working with others.
Level II - Deepening the Practice
Continue building upon your Level I foundation with additional training, practices, and attunement.
Master/Teacher - Practice + Teaching
Advanced study for those called to deepen their personal practice and learn to teach and attune others within the system.
There is no need to decide today how far you want to go.
Experience it.
Practice it.
Let yourself get curious.
Then decide what calls you next.
You don't need previous Reiki training.
You don't need to consider yourself intuitive.
And you certainly don't need to arrive knowing exactly what Sekhem is.
That's what these two days are for.
Bring your curiosity.
Bring your questions.
Bring yourself.
